Hamburger Hochbahn AG achieves zero-emission transport

Together, Hamburger Hochbahn AG and ABB have delivered Germany’s first fully electrified bus terminal, serving 467 million passengers per year.

Currently, around 37% of the world’s CO₂ emissions come from transport*. As part of Germany’s wider environmental agenda, Hamburg was named as one of the first cities to commit to emission free local transport by 2030.
